Lord Scriven to ask His Majesty’s Government what assessment they have made of the recommendations in the National Confidential Enquiry into Patient Outcome and Death report Acute illness in people with a learning disability, published on 11 June; and whether they intend to ensure those recommendations are implemented by NHS Trusts.  To be answered by Baroness Merron (Department of Health and Social Care)
